Command qsub failed
A reason for which the use of qsub failed when running ARIA
If you get an error message when starting aria, similar to the one below:
WARNING [Job manager]: Command "/Bis/SGE/bin/lx24-x86/qsub -@ /home-directory/
qsub-options -N job_name" ... failed
(connection failed or unable to open
temporary file.)
WARNING [Project]: At least one command could not be executed. Please check
your host list setup.
ARIA halted at Wed Apr 22 12:27:42 2009.
check whether you start aria using the option --no-test:
aria2 --no-test project.xml
ARIA is part of the ELIXIR infrastructure.
