ARIA versions (obsolete)

Three versions of ARIA can be downloaded from this site.

  • ARIA 2.0a is the first version of ARIA rewritten by M. Habeck and W. Rieping using exclusively python scripts.
  • ARIA 2.1 includes the complete support of CCPN, which makes possible to import a CCPN project into ARIA.
  • ARIA 2.2 supports in addition a network-anchoring protocol, the spin-diffusion correction of the distance bounds, the calculation of symmetric homodimers. The tutorials were developed in the frame of the version 2.2.

How to get help

You will find here descriptions of the versions 2.0 and 2.2 of ARIA. Please note that the version 1.2

is now obsolete, and that only the version 2.x will be supported in the future.

The description of ARIA 2.2 contains how to install and to use the program in the folders Installation and Using ARIA, a set of examples in the folder Tutorials.

A description of the Graphics User Interface of ARIA 2.2 is given in the page Using the GUI.

ARIA currently uses CNS (Crystallography and NMR System) as a structure generation engine. Further information about CNS can be found at: http://cns.csb.yale.edu/v1.1/

A discussion list of the ARIA users exists at: https://listes.services.cnrs.fr/wws/info/aria-discuss

You have to join the list to be able to read the messages.
